The skills that are tested in this assessment for a Content Marketer include how skilled the candidate is in their ability to market content, their ability to learn new skills and work to improve SEO. The assessment asks candidates to share examples of the content they have created, to outline the tools and platforms that they frequently utilize when creating content, how they would improve content that isn't ranking well or getting many views, how many articles they believe should be published each week and other blogs and channels that they regularly visit in order to improve their skills and industry knowledge.

The skills that are tested in this assessment for a Marketing Coordinator include how skilled the candidate is in content marketing, their ability to plan marketing strategies, and their overall learning agility. The assessment will ask candidates to explain how they would spend their first 3 months as a marketer at the company, to analyze and report on the strengths and weaknesses of competitors, how they respond to constructive criticism, and what KPIs they consider most important.

This assessment specifically examines the following skills: learning agility, problem solving, and trainability.
