The skills tested in this assessment for the Head of Sales include their ability to hire and manage a team, their networking skills, and ability to prospect. The questions should showcase their ability to hire, train and motivate their team, along with their ability to network and identify or approach prospects.

The skills tested in this assessment for a Business Development Manager include their ability to network, how they identify prospects, how they pitch the business, tactics for negotiating and how they stakeholder manage. The questions should showcase their ability to sell the business to potential clients, problem solve issues clients have, prioritize clients that are more valuable to the business over others and think strategically.

A Network Engineer must be a very good problem solvers and have good communication skills because often they will need to explain networks to non-technical people. Network engineers will also need a wide range of knowledge of different components in a networked environment as they will need to decide between them when designing a network.
