The skills tested in this Assessment for an HR director include determining whether the candidate is strategic-minded and can think holistically when planning so that all staffing and business needs are being met. We tested to see what level of leadership skills the candidate holds and whether they can put themselves in the minds of employees at all levels of the business, as well as their ability to communicate and execute strategy.
