Ever been seduced by an over-confident candidate? An awesome designer, a gun sales rep or, my personal favorite, a rockstar engineer?
They look good on paper, and they usually present well in person too because they’re charismatic. But charisma doesn’t equal performance.
So we made this video … because we wanted to tell a story about Ben, who is a freaking awesome designer. At least so he said. He impressed during the hiring process, but after he started working it became apparent that his work wasn’t that good. Nor was his attitude.
