Melina Pamminger is Director of People Services for Serco across the Asia Pacific region. She’s worked in both the private and public sectors across a range of roles in HR for organizations including the Department of Education and Child Development, and the Department of Premier and Cabinet in South Australia.
At Serco, Melina works closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer to deliver an effective People Strategy across the Asia Pacific region. As Director of People Services, she oversees HR Advisory, Talent Acquisition, Employee Services, and Reporting and Property.
