Candidate CSAT Scores
A Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) is a metric used to measure how satisfied a customer, or in this case candidate, is with a particular interaction or overall experience. Customers can now view candidate CSAT scores and comments directly from the Assessment Insights page and see how candidates found taking an assessment! View the average CSAT score per assessment at a glance, or dive deeper to view a full breakdown of individual scores and comments.
Updated assessment cards
We’ve updated our assessment cards to make it easier to see the progress and vital stats of the assessment without clicking into it. Customers can now view open and closed statuses and quick invite or completion stats at a glance with assessment cards enhancements directly on your Vervoe home screen.
Invite statistics block, SMS Quota improvements & what’s coming soon
The Invite statistic block has had a refresh and is now universal across both Invite and Select. Invited, Applied, Completed, and Hired filters have been added to the Invite page. Please note the tag filters are on the assessment level, not the account level.
The SMS quota now counts down instead of up to avoid any confusion.
Coming soon are geolocation updates to anti-cheating. We can’t wait for you to check out all these updates for yourself and let us know what you think.
