What’s New in Vervoe: Smarter Tools for Fairer, Faster, More Secure Hiring

Hiring isn’t just about filling roles; it’s about doing it fairly, efficiently, and with confidence. At Vervoe, we’re constantly evolving our platform to make that process easier for both recruiters and candidates. Our latest release introduces a set of features designed to protect assessment integrity, re-engage promising candidates, and reduce repetitive administrative tasks that slow hiring teams down.

What’s New in Vervoe: Smarter Tools for Fairer, Faster, More Secure Hiring 1

Keep Candidates Focused with Full-Screen Mode

Assessments should showcase skills, not how quickly someone can toggle between tabs. With our new Full-Screen Mode, candidates remain in a dedicated assessment window from start to finish. By removing the temptation of distractions, you get results that reflect capability and focus, while candidates benefit from a consistent and fair testing environment.

Strengthen Integrity with Real-Time Proctoring

Confidence in results is crucial. Real-Time Proctoring now allows you to capture camera snapshots throughout an assessment, making it easier to verify candidate identity and reduce the risk of misconduct. The images are saved directly to candidate profiles, providing hiring managers with a simple yet powerful way to ensure assessments are trustworthy and defensible.

Reinvite and Reapply with Ease

Not every great candidate succeeds on the first try. Now, with our Reinvite/Reapply feature, employers can give candidates another shot without any manual workarounds. By enabling “Reinvite” in assessment settings, you can set a timeframe that works for your process and invite candidates back when the timing is right. It’s a smoother experience for recruiters and a more transparent one for candidates, who now have a clear path to try again.

Streamlined Improvements Across the Platform

Alongside these headline features, we’ve made several updates to make everyday workflows faster and clearer:

  • Feedback reminders can now be tailored with precise timing.
  • Failed invites are flagged instantly with an email summary.
  • Anti-cheating tools have been strengthened with enhanced geolocation tracking and plagiarism detection.
  • Candidate pack management is simpler, with clear alerts before credits expire.

Why It Matters

Together, these updates create a hiring process that is more transparent, more efficient, and more candidate-friendly. Recruiters save time, candidates enjoy a clearer experience, and leaders gain greater confidence that decisions are fair and defensible.

Hiring is tough, but with these tools, it doesn’t have to be.
