February was a great month for product improvements with the team working hard to bring you some exciting updates! Here’s everything you need to know. 🥁

We’ve made enhancements to our Candidate Email Editor

We’ve made changes to ensure the user experience of the Candidate Email Editor is consistent everywhere it appears. 

Customers will notice the layouts of the actual emails are cleaner. We’ve also taken the opportunity to update the default candidate email invitation and reminder copy and subject lines to make them warmer and more personable in tone. 🤗  

Most importantly, customers can now edit the copy and subject lines of any of these emails and personalize your candidate experience. We’ve put together some quick tips and resources for writing subject lines that maximize deliverability

Customers can now toggle assessment reminder emails on and off altogether to suit their candidate experience.

This builds on the improvements we released last month to support rich text editing and paragraph styling to create a more unified email experience.

30 new Assessments in the Customer Service category

We tested to determine if the candidate has both written and verbal communication skills and if they are able to handle a busy workload with the ability to multitask exceptionally.

A Data Analyst should be proficient in maths but, most importantly, demonstrate a strong business sense. Through this combination, they can drive change to the business based on pieces of information they derive from data. Specifically, in the Vervoe skill assessment, the following skills are looked at in detail, critical thinking, use of data models in different situations, and data classification for the different problem sets.

The skills that are tested in this assessment for a Copywriter include how skilled the candidate is in SEO, copywriting, creative thinking, and research. It tests their ability to plan, design, and create advertising campaigns, the process they would follow before writing content for SEO, their process for creating a landing page, the research, and resources they would utilize when working with a new client, as well as the research they would conduct once being assigned to a project they had little knowledge about.
