February was a great month for product improvements with the team working hard to bring you some exciting updates! Here’s everything you need to know. 🥁

We’ve made enhancements to our Candidate Email Editor

We’ve made changes to ensure the user experience of the Candidate Email Editor is consistent everywhere it appears. 

Customers will notice the layouts of the actual emails are cleaner. We’ve also taken the opportunity to update the default candidate email invitation and reminder copy and subject lines to make them warmer and more personable in tone. 🤗  

Most importantly, customers can now edit the copy and subject lines of any of these emails and personalize your candidate experience. We’ve put together some quick tips and resources for writing subject lines that maximize deliverability

Customers can now toggle assessment reminder emails on and off altogether to suit their candidate experience.

This builds on the improvements we released last month to support rich text editing and paragraph styling to create a more unified email experience.

30 new Assessments in the Customer Service category

We’ve added 30 new Customer Service assessments to the library category! 🎉They’re all available now for customers to invite candidates to complete and are totally free of charge.

Customers should also check out our 43 new Sales Assessments if they haven’t already. Vervoe assessments ask questions that require candidates to demonstrate their skills, not fill out a survey that speaks about their skills. Coming soon are a typing test and enhancements like viewing completion stats at a glance with assessment cards on the Vervoe home screen.
