The challenge
Home Maid Better’s above-market pay rate drew an overwhelming number of applications for every open role. The manual process, verifying basic information, group interviews for personality and team fit, then one-on-one interviews for the most promising candidates, could take up to 10 weeks.
The approach
Dan used Vervoe to automate the interview process through several stages of short personality and skills assessments, replacing manual resume review and screening calls. For his first campaign, the goal was four qualified technicians.
