Vervoe vs Pymetrics
The main difference between Vervoe and Pymetrics is Pymetrics positions itself as assessment software that gamifies psychometric assessments. However it is still off-the-shelf psychometric testing that tests personality traits and cognitive abilities, rebranded as “neuroscience games”.
Pymetrics ultimately tests behavioral traits, unlike Vervoe which tests on the job skills in context. Pymetrics use baselining AI which requires existing employees of each company to complete the assessment in order to determine “what good looks like”. This causes problems in diversity – mimicking people who are already employed, motivation of existing employees versus new employees and time – lengthy process suitable for enterprise companies with thousands of employees.
Pymetrics assessments also do not give candidates an idea of what the role will actually be like, unlike Vervoe.
