The main difference between Vervoe and Modern Hire is that Vervoe uses an advanced three pronged AI grading model. From an employer point of view, there is limited employer branding, integrations and collaboration capability; along with poor internal reporting. Modern Hire is also not built with the candidate experience in mind.

The ability to share automated interview links. All I need to do is set up the interview process/questions and JDs and share the link across my social channels and groups.
