Introducing Assessment Ratings: Elevating Confidence in Hiring Decisions

When it comes to hiring, assurance matters. Whether you’re an enterprise prospect seeking validation for assessment accuracy or a PLG customer wanting confidence that your tests will help find top talent, knowing the quality of your tools is critical.

That’s why we’re thrilled to announce a brand-new feature: Assessment Ratings! This addition gives users a quick and clear view of assessment quality metrics, helping them make more informed hiring decisions.

The Problem

Historically, we’ve relied on our “expert author” approach to convey the quality of assessments in our library. However, user feedback has highlighted the need for more tangible quality indicators.

For enterprise customers, assessment validity often takes center stage—how well does the test measure what it’s supposed to? For smaller customers, the focus shifts to outcomes: Will this test help me find the right hire?

Providing quick, quantifiable assurance has been a challenge without visible ratings or metrics tied to assessments. Until now.

The Solution: Assessment Ratings

We’re introducing a rating system displayed on the assessment library card, making it easy to see at a glance:

  1. Assessment Rating (CSAT Score): The average candidate satisfaction score (CSAT) for the assessment.
  2. Total Ratings (Volume of CSAT Scores): The number of ratings contributing to that score.

How It Works

Our process is designed to provide accurate and reliable metrics that reflect the quality and performance of assessments. By leveraging customer satisfaction data (CSAT) and user feedback, we evaluate each question within an assessment to ensure it meets high standards. This data is then aggregated and analyzed to generate an overall rating and total volume of feedback, giving a clear picture of the assessment’s effectiveness. This robust approach ensures our metrics are meaningful and actionable, helping you confidently make informed decisions.

Why It Matters

With the new Assessment Ratings, you’ll gain:

  • Transparency: Easily understand the quality and reliability of assessments at a glance.
  • Confidence: Use data-backed metrics to choose assessments that align with your hiring goals.
  • Efficiency: Quickly identify high-performing assessments, saving time in the decision-making process.

Whether you’re screening for customer service roles or senior engineers, the Assessment Ratings will ensure you use tests that deliver results.

What’s Next?

As we roll out Assessment Ratings, we’ll continue to refine and improve based on your feedback. This is just one step toward a more transparent, user-friendly hiring experience.
