Filling a role can be a daunting prospect. As you set up the recruitment process, filling out the job description, and sending your job ad live, you can never be certain enough people will apply and that you’ll find someone who’s a good fit for your organization.
Just as often, you have to eliminate great candidates throughout the hiring process because their skills don’t line up with the role, or another candidate edges them out, leaving you wondering if they’ll be available when you eventually have a role better suited for them.
All of these issues make building a reliable pool of top talent necessary, so you have a network of good candidates you can call on when new positions pop up. But how do you go about creating one?
In this Fireside Chat, Kellogg Company, Talent Acquisition Business Partner, Kate Tzavara joins us to provide actionable tips for building a reliable pool of top talent.
