How does it work?

Vervoe assessments combine both technical and soft skills. So while you’re testing someone’s ability to create or review great code you’re also seeing how effectively they can communicate their work and findings.

Each assessment contains a variety of immersive question types so you can ask a candidate to complete a task in a code challenge and then have them explain the outcome in a video, audio or text response.

Vervoe assessments are also fully customizable which means they can be for top, mid or bottom of funnel testing.

Hackerrank and Codesignals both offer in-depth features to test technical coding ability.

Due to the complexity of their testing they’re best used at the bottom of the funnel to optimize completion rates and cost. They also need to be used as a stage in your existing hiring process so that skills like communication, teamwork and cultural fit can still be examined.
