Telesales Consultant

A telesales consultant is responsible for selling products or services to customers over the phone on behalf of a business. Their role is to attract new and existing customers to purchase from the business, as well as to inform them about deals and discounts to maintain long term customer retention.

A telesales consultant needs to be charismatic and friendly, always providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond for any prospects that they speak to. They must also be patient, and alter their sales pitch depending on the needs of the customer.
