We are looking for a Sales Representative who is innovative, eager to achieve at new heights and energized by the opportunity to disrupt customers’ thinking about the traditional hiring process.
As a Sales Representative at Vervoe, you will be responsible for driving opportunities with new prospects by using a variety of prospecting and discovery techniques. You will partner with our performance marketing team to target accounts and define an account strategy.
In this role, you have the opportunity to engage with senior leaders and decision-makers at major brands who are responsible for hiring hundreds of thousands of people every year; by introducing them to Vervoe’s solutions, you will be making a huge impact on how these companies hire talent in non-biased and more efficient, as well as effective, ways.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their sales skills, impact diversity and inclusion in the hiring process, and work within a dynamic high-tech environment.
Vervoe means “the real you”, which is who we want to hire.
Every day, wonderful, capable and passionate people are unfairly excluded from the hiring process for reasons other than whether they can actually do the job. Vervoe gives every candidate an opportunity to showcase their talent by performing job-related tasks.
We help companies make hiring decisions based on how well candidates can actually do the job. We work with like-minded companies that care about hiring better people – based on their skills, not their background – more efficiently and easily.
Vervoe is a fast-growing SaaS startup based in Melbourne, with offices in the US and Europe. This is an opportunity to join a startup that builds and delivers cutting-edge talent acquisition solutions for the world’s most exciting companies. You’ll work with a passionate team, receive technical and career mentoring and develop your skills rapidly in a fast yet supportive environment.
