The skills that are tested in this assessment for a Performance Marketing Manager include how skilled the candidate is in SEO, PPC, and paid acquisition. The assessment tests a candidates ability to optimize online pages, track results of implemented SEO methods, design PPC campaigns, their ability to know when to end an advertising campaign and the metrics they would use to come to this conclusion, as well as changes they would make to a campaign that is not as successful as they would like.

The skills that are tested in this assessment for a PPC Manager include how skilled the candidate is in terms of their ability to utilize Google Ads, implement PPC strategies and perform keyword research. This assessment tests a candidates ability to use Google Ads to phrase match a keyword, the changes that they would make in order to increase the number of clicks to their website for a target keyword, how they would conduct research in order to find relevant keywords, and strategies they would implement to improve the position of an Ad.
